The German designer lives and works in The Nederlands since 1962. During his continuous career of more than a half century, he designed fashion and curtain fabrics, upholstery, wall covering, rugs and interior accessories for famous European companies.
His designs show a very specific handwriting, recognizable by its diversity in style elements in combination with surprising materials and innovative techniques. Ulf Moritz acquires his ideas worldwide and was the first designer to receive the prestigious BNO Piet Zwart prize.
Ulf designed our gorgeous rug Perfect Match for us, in which his characteristic handwriting can once again be recognized very easily.
